Laurie Di Monte - Owner & Lead Teacher

My name is Laurie DiMonte. I am the proud owner of a Child's View Enrichment House.  My husband Tony and I have two amazing daughters. Alexandra is a senior at U of I and is majoring in Geology. My daughter Annamarie is a freshman at College of Dupage and plans on studying to become a Veterinarian. I discovered the Montessori teaching method while looking for preschools for my daughter Alex. I fell in love with the Montessori philosophy and gained experience in the classroom while working in my daughter's Montessori school for five years. After finishing my Montessori teacher training, I opened my home preschool in 2005 and have been honored to teach and direct A Child's View Enrichment House for the last 14 years. I have always worked with children in one capacity or another as a nanny, tutor, volunteer and as an educator. I continue to take classes in early childhood education to further my love of teaching and working with children.

Heather Brodrueck-Lead Teacher/ Speech Therapist

Hi, my name is Heather Brodrueck.  My husband and I have 3 wonderful children, Nicholas, Zachary, and Ellyahna.  I am returning to teaching after being blessed with the opportunity to be a stay-at-home.  In my spare time, I love baking sweets, cooking meals, and shopping.  I am a graduate of Elmhurst College with a Speech-Language Pathology degree.  While attending college I taught the after school program at Dupage Montessori School in Naperville, IL.  In addition, I was the substitute teacher in the 3-6 year old Montessori classroom.  It was there that I fell in love with the Montessori teaching and philosophy.  After obtaining my degree, Dupage Montessori School hired me as an assistant teacher in the elementary program.  Whether I am teaching, tutoring, or encouraging a child, I have always enjoyed the rewards of working with children and watching them grow.  I am excited to be back in the classroom and thankful to be part of the teaching team at A Child's View Enrichment House.
